Enterprise Access Control, Without the Server
Hosted Here. Supported Here.
We built KeyscanCA because Canadian dealers and end-users deserve a hosting option that keeps their data at home — with a support team they can actually reach.
Data Stays in Canada
Every byte of your access control data is stored and processed within Canadian borders — never routed through foreign infrastructure.
Canadian-Owned Business
NVG Communication Inc. is incorporated and operated in Canada. You are dealing directly with a local team, not an overseas call centre.
Serverless Deployment
Your Keyscan Aurora panels connect directly to our hosted environment. No rack space, no Windows Server licences, no IT overhead.
Flexible, Per-Reader Pricing
Pay only for what you use. Our per-reader, month-to-month model means you can grow or scale back without penalty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions dealers and site owners ask most often about our hosted Aurora service.
Something not covered here?
Send us a message and we will get back to you within one business day.
Ask a QuestionYes. We convert your existing System VII settings and encryption key to the Aurora format. Your site data is then imported into the Aurora database for a one-time migration fee. The process is straightforward and our team will walk you through it.
No. With our hosted service, your access control panels connect directly to our Canadian-hosted servers. There is no need to maintain a Windows Server on-site.
Clients log in through a standard web browser using ControlMyAccess.com. Any internet-connected device works — desktop, laptop, or tablet — from any location.
Aurora requires one Reverse Network Licence per panel (ACU). For example, three panels on CIMs with a NETCOM6P-KHS requires three licences. This differs from System VII, which was licensed per connection.
There are no registration fees. The costs involved are the one-time purchase of a Reverse Network Licence per ACU, plus the ongoing monthly fee which is billed per reader.
The monthly fee covers hosting on our Canadian infrastructure, connectivity support, and access to the Aurora hosted environment. It is billed per reader and there are no long-term commitments.
We support the connectivity between your panels and our hosted environment. For Aurora software questions — such as programming, user setup, or feature configuration — Dormakaba's own technical support team is the right contact.
Yes. Aurora supports optional licensed modules for video management, biometrics, visitor management, Active Directory, intrusion systems, and elevator dispatch systems from KONE and ThyssenKrupp.
Ditch the server. Keep your data in Canada.
Join Canadian dealers already running Keyscan Aurora through our hosted platform — no hardware, no long-term contracts, no surprises.
